| jeef | What do you guys think on the new lithium powered tools out there? It seems to be the new craze and the tools seem to be a lot lighter. I kind of want to get a set but I am unsure of which one to go with. |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Ditto... All of my cordless gear is Ryobi one+... I don't have the lithium batteries yet though... My regulars last FOREVER Though... I have the Sawzall, impact gun, drill, flashlight, & SkilSaw.. One of these days I'm going to buy the Chainsaw just to see how it works lol... They are the ABSOLUTE best Bang for the buck. I did 3 walls of my son's bedroom drywall using 2 1/2" Drywall screws (I didnt know I could use 1" lol) on 1 battery... |

| jeef | I have a lot of Ryobi corded tools. I was kind of looking at the Black and Decker VPX system but there is a lack of tools like a circular saw. |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | hmm I will have to look into them then. I guess I always had the impression that black and decker and ryobi were "lower grade" than the other brands. Do they have a cordless impact driver like milwaukee, bosch and dewalt? |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | I have the Cordless Impact Driver from Ryobi... its 3/8" drive... I bring it to AutoX with me... That is the one tool that eats batteries though... I break the lugs loose with a breaker bar, then spin them off with the impact gun... Then I use the impact gun to zip them on, then torque them... because the impact gun goes to about 60 lb/ft... Its not the best, but it definitely works... Would probably work great on square head deck screws or something like that... |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | I was more looking for a keyless 1/4" hex drive. Do they have one of those? has anyone used it? |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Black and Decker is horrific when it comes to tools. Every single B&D tool I've owned lasted maybe 2 uses.
