Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Gist of it is this; I'm financing new windows designed to keep heat in and cold out, vice versa for winter. They're slightly tinted windows due to their design, I'm turning 17 windows I have now into 14. (dual windows in dining room are going to be one big window) Signed the contract last night. I've researched a shit load into Low-E and gas filled windows over the past few months and with all of them they seemed cheap and problematic after 4-5 years. Luckily I can finance these and make payments on them while reducing other bills (credit cards and utility bills). Pictures and possibly more information to come soon!

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Is it free financing or what (0% for 36mo for example). If not, what's the rate?

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Didn't get the rate as of yet, but I'm confident of at the most 7 percent. It's an unsecured loan. I got more information last night after I posted this, because of what I was approved for they can do all but the two picture windows, window above my kitchen sink and bathroom window. Those 4 I'm not worried about anyway, they're the best of all of them.

Rep Power: 10 ![]() | Can you afford to do this? I remember last time you were asking about the garage door, it didn't seem like you had much extra cash to make payments on

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | I'm paying off debts that cost me roughly 335 a month at the moment, yeah it can be done. Also Currently: Brian has a buddy who may be coming up, this will help to take the burdon of half the mortgage off me. The windows will keep my two big utility bills (gas and electric) to a minimum. (gas bill hit 190 for heat last month) Tax time! I'm expecting at the very least, 1200+ back from taxes which will pay off the TV and then some. Two years down the road: Car is paid off. -250 monthly. Possibility: I'm not against a second job, I've been rattling it around in my brain trying to find something that would work with my schedule.

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Well, they were supposed to be here on the 6th. then we got a lot of rain and snow melting so shit is getting flooded. They pushed it back to the 11th. Then I get a call today saying they need to push it back to the 13th. If it gets pushed back again, I'm going to start getting angry.

| jeef | You can't control the weather. They are probably thinking about the guys safety working on the house. Also, they could be worried about the elements getting into your house. I would be thinking that they could do the windows from the inside, but I could be wrong. |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Well they blamed the fog and the flooding that went on near the north and south side of town. Their place isn't even in this city, and my town has no flooding so I don't know what the hell is going on with it.
