Hard wood floors are really not that hard as long as you do the research on what finish to use for your application, get some basic knowledge on how to run the equipment and TAKE YOUR TIME. This is not a rush project by any means it is not a one day deal. A buddy and I did his floors over the course of a week moving from room to room. They turned out great by the time we were done.
