Rep Power: 5  |  Finally!! we got an offer accepted!! woot!! .. $150k 1588 sq ft.. 4bed, 1.75 bath   i could only get this shot of the inside from the outside..  well, i finally got back in there when the inspector was there.. he said overall the house was in good condition.. very minor things need to be fixed.. but no biggie.. its expected w/ a foreclosure.. well now onto the pics i got this morning.. when you walk in, this basically what you see.. haha.  these are the bedrooms/bathrooms.. bedroom #1  bedroom #2  bedroom #3  not the prettiest bathroom, but i serves its purpose  master bedroom.. as you walk in  haha.. thats me  master bathroom  this is the office room i suppose.. which was never finished by the looks of it.. we're thinking about ripping down the walls.. not too sure yet..   thats the inspector and my GF  the kitchen.. looks as if it has granite countertops..   looking into the living room from the front door entrance  kitchen/dining room... front door.. from the living room  garage  back yard.. pretty big.. needs a patio.. Rep Power: 5 | just got back from the lenders office.. he estimated my monthly payment to be around $1100 including taxes and insurance.. interest rate is 5.3% |

Rep Power: 5 | no sh!t.. i was surprised when i seen the rate.. when he first quoted us.. it was at 6.5% .. when we went back to update our information it was 5.3% .. i have no complaints.. haha |
