Rep Power: 5 | Doing Vinyl siding takes a well experienced person to know what they are doing. That is something that shouldnt be in a DIY book. Having the proper equipment (pump jacks, brake, and all the hand tools for siding, plus the guide to cut the siding all cost ALOT of money) makes the difference on the job. Somethings are just meant to be paid for and Siding is one of them. IMHO I have seen so many bad siding installations (mainly done by homeowners trying to save a buck) and really, as much as siding cost its self. Its worth spending more to pay the pro's to install it. |
