Default Any one else have this problem?

I went into Home Depot the other day to buy a new shelving unit for my storage unit. It was 32 bucks. This is the only thing I had planned to buy. As I am walking around I end up spending 140 bucks with a few handtools, some grout, 100 ft of rg6, some strippers for it, a few old work boxes and covers. It seems like everytime I go to HD or Lowes I end up going in for one thing and walk out spending a lot more than I had planned to.

Now the fun begins. I get to regrout my bathroom due to some of the grout coming up. My subfloor in my kitchen came up a little. This loosened a tile and of course a glass pan lid had to hit this tile shattering the tile. I now have to resecure the subfloor hopefully without loosening any other tiles.
Then I have to change how I have my cable wires ran after a neighbor complained. Stupid condo rules. I have it ran through the soffet to the attic, then split to every room. The cable comes in like shit anyways so hopefully getting rid of the twist on connectors will help my problems. We can;t reach the top of the wall where the cable comes into my condo. The roof is too close to it. I am going to have to do some wiring through the walls (hopefully not too many holes I don't want to do too much patching). Once I can get it over I can run the wire up to the attic to the splitter.

Then I just have to do some painting and a little wood work around the kitchen. Hopefully this will be it so I can start working on my mom's house. If everything works out right and we can come up with a price we both can agree with then I will be buying her house.

I think so. The access to the highway does suck from there but its a nice area and lot is about an acre. But Bristol's property tax does suck compared to Farmington. The 4gs a year for property tax is what might push me from being able to afford it. I need to find a new job anyways so hopefully I can find something that pays better.

Sqft is around 1600. So it is a little smaller than yours.

4g's is about right I'd say. I'm at ~4400 right now w/1900 sq. ft. on .62
