Default Decisions decisions.

Friday Brian didn't have to work, so he basically sleeps in. Which means I'm the first one of the day to take a shower. I find every other friday that my showers are luke warm and pretty much suck. When he takes a shower first, my showers are awesome.

So I was thinking about a new water heater, because I don't have any paperwork, guides or information on my current one, and I don't know how old it is. What I do know is it refused to light last year for 3 days, and one of the knobs is broken.

I've been contemplating a shotgun though, a nice pump action single barrel 20 gauge. What I have is about 600 bucks, and looking at Water heaters, I found some 30-40 gallon and smaller heaters for under 400. But the shotgun is 400 as well.

I bet I know what you're all going to say, get the water heater, you stupid fuck.

Anyway, what type should I look for? I've researched just a little so far.

If you end up getting a water heater get one that is energy efficient. That will help you save a few bucks on your bills. Water heaters use a lot of energy. I am thinking about getting a more efficient water heater to bring my electric bill down. I have an older one that is like 6feet tall, so hopefully a new one will bring my electric bill down. Definetly do your research.
Between the shotgun and the water heater which do you need more? Thats how I would look at it. I would also keep in mind that the water heater could shit out at any time, so if you buy the shotgun the water heater could die a week later. If the waterheater has been getting worse lately it might be on its way out. But then again its getting warmer and you won't be taking as warm showers.
