Default firestorm tools?

i'm looking at getting a "beginners" cordless tool set going and i happened upon this.. 18-Volt 3-Tool Combo Kit

anyone have any experience with firestorm? opinions? suggestions on better circ. saws and drills that wont break the bank? i would like some sort of sanding machine too.. my dad has a mouse and that seemed to work well for smallish projects..

this doesn't seem too bad either..

Ryobi One+ 2 Pc Starter Kit - P824 at The Home Depot

kinda nervous about ryobi's though. Friend at work had a drill and the bolt holding the chuck on snapped in half >.<

The mouse comes in handy. I got one on clearance from Walmart for 15 bucks. It worked well in the cottage I was doing a alot of sanding in for corners and detail work. I had to buy another one since we had 2 people sanding due to the amount of detail work. I bought a craftsman one for 25 bucks, the cheapest mopuse I have seen that wasn' t on clearance. Its great for detail work and small projects.
I have a few black and decker tools and like them. I have some ryobi and I also like those. I would probably go with the ryobi since there is more available for their sets and the lithium battery is nice.

looking at them more in detail, the firestorm set has 1 extra piece (flash light) and 2 batteries, where as the ryobi one is $10 more expensive, doesn't have a flash light (don't really need it though) and one less battery.. and the firestorm ones look cooler, cuz thats so important!

Black and decker is great for HO'ers

If you plan on making them tools work more than once every six months, I would go Ryobi.

The only downfall with ryobi is their batteries, you have to spend 125 bux to get a battery worth hoot for ryobi. Other than that the equipment is on point.
