this is the side piece im doing seeing as how its getting done as time goes on, but not before the yard. the garage/shed is a mess, its in the same shape as when we bought the house and its time to start remodeling it. from what i understand it used to be an apartment, you will see the shower area in the pics. my plans for this is a full re-wire, replacing the windows with the old house windows when we upgrade there, new doors, and a built in dog run. it needs paint and a bit of tlc...should be fun to see what i can do with it. anyways...heres some pics of how it sits now.

oh for sure...i will use the pre exsisting hole and build around that. i just dont know how far around to wrap the dog run on the garage. but i have until next summer to finish that one.

I have made little to no process on the shop...I think I have taking steps back. We did add a kennel with indoor dog house though. The side lot section that the garage is on is this years project, we are doing a lawn/chicken coop/garden area, the wife likes having grass I guess.




The leak that I am trading a friend a set of BMW bottlecap rims for his EF to fix.
