Rep Power: 0 ![]() | our house is an ok house. its nothing special but yet its not junky. the previous owners let most of the vegitation on the property die by not watering the lots for about 2 years. they trashed the garage/shed and ghetto rigged the electrical system out there as well. i dont understand why, when owning a house would you trash it...its a damn house not a freaking car you neglected or a pizza you let sit in the fridge for 6 months...you live in this thing. i dont mind having to fix all these problems, its more knowledge for me...but i could have been working on other house projects if i didnt have to catch up all the messed up crap from the previous owners. at least i know it will always be in good shape as long as we own it. for all you that have a house (rent or own)...respect it, make it something worth looking at and living in.
