be careful renting a brand new house. there's a good chance the renters will destroy it

So true, and I have seen even some of the upscale renters live like crap. Hell, I went to renovate a customers kitchen. HOuse was about 600-700k and they were putting 30k in the kitchen but the house was totally trashed. Nastyness everywhere!

Just finished framing in the rakes and sheathed the roof. Ice shielded and felted the roof. Man I am so tired.

Note to self. Have roof sheathing at site before crane operator comes. We had to carry each piece up stairs and hand them through the rafters.

I know I know, I dont pick up my scraps at the end of the day. Well, if you worked as hard as I do everyday. By the end of the day, your DONE !

Thanks man. Demo is always the fun part. But after that 3rd or 4th day of swinging a 10 lb sledge. Its not fun anymore. Its almost hell.

Only if you were closer James. Long drive from Va.

Its a POS camera, keep it in the van and it takes 4AA batteries. I have to put the batteries in everytime I use it. If I leave them in there, they die.
