Default So Hows those Halloween decorations looking? Lets see those PUMPKINS !!

We put up our 9 pieces. Witch hanging on the door, spider web all down the deck ( dreading when the time comes to take it off), hung some lights and sound makers up and a skeleton, and something else I can remember. Going to get some pumpkins tomorrow and hopefully I will have some pictures on Sat of our carvings.

So who else decorated this year?

Pictures of pumpkings would be great too !

Thanks no fun, we got a load of kids in the neighborhood here. Since I live a 1/4 mile away from the school, its kinda fun here on Halloween.

I likes scaring me some kids!! I hide under the deck and jump out screaming, kids go hauling ass. Good laughs, Good laughs.

My town doesn't really do traditional trick or treating anymore. Between 4-6 we do a 'downtown' trick or treating from all the businesses. It gets pretty nuts, everybody is out and about walking down both sides of Broadway and all the businesses give out candy. In 07 there were over 1,500 kids that came through. This year looked even busier.

So i just tend to neglect the whole decorations thing.

James, my town also has not been into the whole trick or treating scene for quite a while now. I guess since most of the kids in the neighborhood have grown up, you don't really see anyone going around trick or treating much. We don't really do any decorations either.

There's something sad about that... Don't kids do this any more? In my neighborhood we have lots of trick-or-treaters!

You don't have to be a kid to trick or treat. Do you know your neighbors? Why not set up a drink or treat party amongst them. It is about the spirit of the holidy not just kids.

2 of my neighbors are polish and they don't really even speak english much. The other one is the 'old man of the river' as we like to call him as hes always outside by the water chopping wood/etc. Not a very social neighbor hood, tiny cul de sac.
