I've been in this house a little over a year and a half and I finally decided to put some weather stripping around the two sides of my front door... which didn't have any... that was effective, anyway.

I did the top 2/3rds of the door and the top edge, with the bottom 1/3rd of the door needing to have the old stuff removed (it's some shitty piece of metal tacked on and I don't have a hammer here for whatever reason). I can feel the air still coming in on the bottom 1/3rd of the door... yet nothing on the top.

20' of weather stripping for under 2 bucks, gotta love it.

Well atleast your doing something about it, my house leaks like crazy around the doors and I swear the walls have no insulation. What ever temperature it is outside, it is the same in the house.

Off topic, did you ever figure out what to do with your garage doors?

they just need to be replaced. I haven't opened my dual door since May... it's just... busted. lol

I dunno, we'll see what kind of tax refund I get this year *crosses fingers*
