When i first moved in my dad and I had to redo all of the bathroom plumbing, so I had to tear down 4 walls. It looks like shit right now, but walking on the subfloor >>>> walking on the nasty matted blue carpet that used to be in that kitchen. It's an 81 year old house, and I've yet to really even begin on it. Yes I paid 50k for this house, it's appraised at 90k and the property is appraised at 120k. It has a shitton of potential.
