well, if they are back taxes... you owe that PLUS you need to pay your month to month as you go, so it will be more than that.

I know, but the taxes are going down so my payments went up, but then it'll go down some to reflect the exemptions. Once the back taxes are paid up to Chase, it'll go down even more and hopefully just freaking stay put.
