I forget what my taxes are, but that looks about right. 50k, 7% 30 fixed, 384 a month. Might be slightly higher than my actual though... but good link.

I'm gonna sticky this so it doesn't get lost in the jungle.

Good lord man! You pay less than $400 in a HOUSE? Out here, you'd be lucky to find a studio apartment for $550/mo. .

My house payment with taxes/Escrow is $447.09 a month.

And where do you live again? Because I'm coming up there too loook at some property.

All I can see is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ up there in rentals!

I just cant get over how much you pay....wow....just....woW!
