Default My condo design

When i bought my place, it was plain and "renters special" painted throughout the entire place. The lights were gaudy, and it was just boring.

Before:

So, I got my self a designer on craigslist to come help me out.

End result:

It helped me to sell my place very quickly. After 2 weeks of being on the market, I had 3 offers and I let them battle it out to get the best price.

I'm closing on the place shortly, and will be moving into my new house in a couple weeks

How much did that run you if you don't mind me asking. Was the designer pretty cheap? Looks really good.

i spent about 3 grand for everything, not including my bedroom set.

she did all the painting, purchasing, and so on.

so that was her labor, paint, supplies, the rugs, the plants, and so on

3k to make a quick sell with fast offers. Hey, that seems like it was worth it.
