Rep Power: 5  |  So let me get this straight... Your house is 2 storys tall. On the first floor the ceiling joist are sagging and causing the sheetrock to bow and sag ? And one of the floor joist is sticking through the ceiling on the first floor? Got any pics of this? Have you seen the joist and what they are made of? (run sawn, pine, steel) Have you checked the foundation ? |
