Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Not sure if this is in the right forum, but I am looking for suggestions on reducing moisture in my crawl space. Currently, I have a moisture barrier covering approximately 85% of the crawl space floor. I have also installed a vent fan in the crawl space door that runs on a timer 2x a day for 1hr each interval. I was instructed by my termite guy that removing the moist air and replacing it with dryer air would help. Unfortunately, the summer months in SC are very humid so this approach does not appear to be the best option. Is a de-humidifier the answer? Thanks in advance for your feedback! |

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | I had looked into this as well... Finish 100% of the vapor barrier, use the fan, and have a de=humidifier you can put in there. |
