I just wrote out a deposit for the house's largest renovation.... 20 new windows... the house will get stripped, insulated, and resided yellowish cream with white trim. The roof on the house will get stripped, all the bad wood removed, fresh wood installed, and all the trimmings with gutters....and re-shingled with gray architectural shingles.
