Rep Power: 10 ![]() | yup/ i still haven't found my camera yet.... still have many boxes to unload. its getting there. the wife has been scrubbing the bathroom all day. it was pretty gross. soap scum from years ago caked on to the shower. at least the 2nd bath wasn't so bad, so we've been using that one. |

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | lol... already calling her the wife?? And yeah... Mailbox was one of my first things... Mainly because the one here was tiny, which meant many trips to USPS for parts deliveries... |

Rep Power: 10 ![]() | i've referred to her as "the wife" since like the 2nd date... lol new mail box is up. i'm not happy with it. its sloppy. the ground is very soft, even with the metal anchor. i'll give it a little while and see if it freezes in there as the ground gets softer from the cold nights we've been having (down to 45 right now at 1am!!) Also got started on the master bathroom. ripped off the shower doors. pretty much decided to simply throw them out. they are all moldy and just right out disgusting. i'll throw a curtain up for now... but new doors are in the future. the whole thing still needs to be scrubbed again. the wife (there it is again) scrubbed it for like 3 hours today, and its still nasty. dirty ass previous owners. i don't know how they used that. it really is disgusting. At least the rest of the house is semi-clean. the ktichen was an easy clean, minus the fridge.... that was also disgusting. i'm pretty much all unpacked in the kitchen and bedroom. office still needs some work as does the living/movie room. stll haven't found my camera yet.... its gotta be here somewhere..... |

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Brian... Look into a Tub Repaint if needed... It might just be stained beyond cleansing... And Look into getting some QuikCrete and mix up some concrete to pour around the base of the mailbox... |

Rep Power: 10 ![]() | if it comes down to it, i'l just replace the unit. Its a single stall-style stand up shower, and its vinyl/plastic. its not tile or a real tub at all. can't be more than a couple hundred bucks for one of those. |
