Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Definately some holes that need to get filled up by the soffits, etc. Looking pretty good otherwise... And Brian - if you see the other side of his house above the front door there is still snow there. The side with no snow on the roof is the southern exposure so its getting sun all day. Can also be contributed to heat loss through the attic...

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | we only got about 6" that day, then it turned to sleet and then to frozen rain. The after effects was packed down snow, heavy, and frozen. But only about 3" thick in the untouched spots, but the front yard and the plows + shoveling...made a lot of depth...but still frozen.. it was a mess...and most of it is gone now. other news....the rear of the house, and the east side of the house is now about 95% done...and the entire house is about %90 done.....and it looks sweet....well worth the money. I'll snap some pics tomorrow. |

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | wow.... I was talking to the old guy that is doing the siding...he's from Czechoslovakia on a green card, and he's doing this work for mere pennies. I talked to him and told him my neighbor might want his services , and he said $20K's min....and it's the same size as my house. And he's been siding for 15+ years... and it shows on the quality of his work. I'm going to try to push any siding business I have for friends his way...he's worth it. anyways...more pics.... big big pics for detail...with an old camera... |
