Rep Power: 5 | His car payment is a little under mine, and his insurance is like 70 bucks a month, then he has a cell phone. Those are the only bills he really has besides rent and 1/2 utility. So his rent stays the same and he drops from paying half to a third on the utilities. We're all making out here with a nice warm place to stay. With dropping the payments off my income, I'm going to continue to squeeze my paychecks so I can get some windows replaced.

Rep Power: 5 | Si = 246.20 (pay 250) house = 447.09 (pay 450) loan = 179.78 (pay 180) With your car payment, you make my car payment almost 4 times, or my house payment twice. lol My three big ones together are just a little more than you pay for the M. But hell, when you make 4 times what I do...
